I'm a Multidisciplinary Designer from India with a background in Interaction Design and Industrial Product Design. I have worked on projects involving Product Development, Research, Design Strategy, UX/UI Design, Visual Design, System Design, and Social Innovation.
I have graduated from the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad in Product Design and completed my master's in Interaction Design at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID), Copenhagen.
Design is a part of my personality. From thinking about micro-interactions to zooming out and designing at systems level, a designer must bridge gaps and form connections between people and ideas, to create and bring to life beautiful interactions and experiences.
I also believe good design can’t be created in isolation and highly advocate the power of inter-disciplinary collaboration.
I love to laugh, dance, practice Iyengar Yoga, and try to maintain a healthy Mountain—Forest—Beach balance. Being one with nature, through trekking in the Himalayas, or diving in the crystal clear, iridescent waters of the Andamans — everything I do is a meditative discovery.
I am passionate about hand-lettering notes and postcards, and am a compulsive GIF creator.
I often forget to take photographs to document my work (it's a work in progress), but one can find an extensive collection of animals, insects, plants and trees on my phone.
I love going for long walks, guzzling down beers, while (always) ogling at symmetry, and organising and arranging things at right angles.
